Abstract

Gunnar Myrdal attached importance to methodologic issues. Economists among others are frequently critical of his relativistic approach. Nevertheless, a comparison with Weber methodology shows that Myrdal doesn’t give up objectivity aim. But research has to fulfil prerequisites. We draw a parallel between their methodologies.
